I would appreciate it if our savvy lawyer/wonk types would review the website. I believe we may well need to make an end run around our country to save our country's soul.

1. I would love to give Dick and his gang a personal tour of the place!
European architecture is simply beautiful.

2. It takes a sovereign nation to file a complaint. Since I don't think
the USA will file a complaint against a former President or VP, it will take another nation to do it. Once we get out of Iraq and the Iraqis get a government of their choosing not Bush's, I look forward to seeing a complaint coming from them and they have a huge one to petition on.

5. I don't think we have done anything to Germany to warrant a complaint, unless

you count Bush's back rub of Merkle. However, there are other nations who could, like Afghanistan, Palestine (stretching it as they aren't a nation) or maybe even Pakistan. Chile could put some of our neo-cons on trial who aided Pinnochet in his coupe, however, that would be going back to the Nixon administration and wouldn't net the recent criminal cabal, well maybe Poppy Bush if it can be proved he was involved. I don't think any nation can do this willy nilly unless crimes have been committed against them. If they could the World Court wouldn't be able to handle every complaint. Maybe, the United Nations might be able to or NATO if enough nations vote to do it. I think this is how they got Milosevic in Serbia.
