WTF? National Guardsmen have no chainsaws to chop
fallen trees from the winter storm!! Which state is that - I'm betting that's a Red state.

but most of the language about it remains.

Jon Stewart presented the FEMA perpetual motion disaster machine on his show back in 2005.

5. Depends on type of unit
Most units do not need chainsaws as part of thier stated missions. It would be up to the state to buy extra equipment.

11. I have an old army combat engineer's field manual
It's about 40 years old. Shows you right in there how to plant Comp B, C-4, or dynamite to the tree, then let'er rip!




They also have that Mk19 grenade launcher. Jus' sayin'.
