Repeal the 17th amendment and in the meantime, VOTE AS THE FOUNDERS INTENDED!

So here's what I think. I think that we should encourage the teabaggers who wish to repeal the 17th amendment by telling them they should vote as the Founders intended, i.e., not for Senator. Now, obviously, we could take this to its logical extreme and discourage female teabaggers from voting altogether, but I think that would be too logical, even for the teabaggers who are not known for their rigorous logic.

Think about it- we could sell this as a way to restore the Constitution to its foundations, present voting for Senator as downright unpatriotic, and watch as internal strife and chaos further splintered a rather fractious group. What do you think?

2. only landed gentry could vote at first
so all renters can't vote...... lol or tell them their last name has to be Gentry.

I have heard conservatives rail against renters being allowed to vote, actually. Ah, the joys of living in a red state...
