Arun Gupta is on Alternative Radio, doing a talk on the Party of No. Some very revealing information about
how they came about and support their own (sometimes wacky) beliefs, beginning with the anti-communists and Billy Graham back
in the late 50's. He talks about why they have adopted a strategy of obstructionism. Because it works. His suggestion on how this could have been subverted was for liberals to have gone even more progressive.

He has done some writing around this topic which can be Googled for, but if you want to hear it either
look at the schedule for your local public radio station and see if Alternative Radio has a broadcast, or you
can look at this page: http://www.publicradiofan.com/cgibin/program.pl?programid=578 and listen to
it on the web, for at least the next day or so.
