Cops find naked drunk men covered in mud in woods
(06-15) 12:13 PDT Lewiston, N.Y. (AP) --Police in western New York said two Canadian men attended a church festival and wound up in the woods drunk, naked and covered in mud.

State police said troopers found a 22-year-old man from Hamilton, Ontario sitting along a road in the town of Lewiston, just outside Niagara Falls, around 5:45 a.m. Sunday.Troopers said he was caked in mud.

After questioning him, troopers found a 23-year-old man from Hamilton covered in mud and passed out in a ditch nearby.

Police said both men were highly intoxicated.

Seriously though, this is not news-worthy, IMO. This sounds like drunken young people whooping it up.

7. How funny.
When I worked in a campground near the Canadian border, we were often overrun with drunken Canadians. I once asked a couple of them why they didn't vacation in their beautiful parks at home. It turns out they can't drink in the national parks in their country, well BC anyway, so they come camping on our side so they can throw a few brews down on their vacations. If they got too drunk and disorderly though, I usually had to send the rangers over to have a talk with them.
