I got this link from a coworker and got into a argument about it. If anyone who is following this closely please give me a reason why the skimmers cant be used. They are saying because the other boats arent under union contract. That Obama is blowing it and this could be taking care of now and there is no reason for him not doing it. These coworkers actually did vote for him. But not are saying he is screwing up as bad as Bush. Thanks.
