"It is a party of no that is hoping that the voters will vote yes in November,” Durbin said. |

That’s when Illinois’ own Sen. Dick Durbin unloaded on the minority party, suggesting that political posturing, rather than concern about the deficit, is driving their obstruction. “The record is clear: It is a party of no that is hoping that the voters will vote yes in November,” he said. “I hope they remember that the Republicans had no alternative (proposal) when it came to this disastrous economic situation.” http://progressillinois.com/quick-hits/content/2010/06/24/durbin-blasts-gop-block-unemployment-benefits-extensionVIDEO: http://news.firedoglake.com/2010/06/25/rooting-for-failure-now-a-full-fledged-talking-point/

1. We could say that about Spineless Democrats |
|
I say this about the Democratic Majority."Use it or lose it". And so far they have not shown us any leadership and and not taken control.Harry Reid needs to go. He is not a leader.

Senate leader that we have had in previous Democratic controlled Senates'.The Majority Democrats could replace him with a real fighter. This spending bill and unemployment extension should have passed weeks ago but he is allowing Republicans to take charge and rule over the Majority..
