I think e ought to allow Boehners and McConnel's bills to be voted on |
|
The one the President wanted: Fullfunning no deadlines no benchmarks with teeth.
They will not pass and alot of republicans would not vote for no benchmarks and no dealines. It would reveal what bad shap Bush is on the Hill.

2. I think I hear what you're saying but we don't really want to be like they were, do we |
|
I would rather the Dems let them show their asses whenever they want too cause they have a lot of ass to show. ;-)

3. eh, I say why not. Most of their legislation has no merit, and is just empty measures |
|
for example, they try to bring a "We love America and support the troops" bill forward, and all it turns out to be is a hollow bunch of bullshit that does nothing for anyone except handout billions to the haves and have mores, mostly in a effort to push privitization of everything. The only reason they bring them forward is to force Dems into a "gotcha" moment when they vote against it. So why even give empty, meaningless crap like that the dignity of a vote?
I am feeling extremely cynical today, moreso than usual.
