I like Bill a lot. He's a gifted man in international affairs in particular. I'd be surprised if he's not back in Washington in some capacity in 2009. He may be able to make a move on Edwards to get to the top tier. Then anything is possible. I'd say if he's not there in a couple of months, however, then he's done.

6. I haven't made up my mind on a candidate yet, but Richardson

deserves to be higher in the polls. He's a good and decent man who has one of the best resumes in politics. He has actually run a state, a federal department, our United Nations mission, undertaken important diplomatic assignments, and served in Congress - and he has always delivered.
