How about we reform the tax code in the next 2 years and take an issue away from the Republicans |
|
Democrats reformed the tax code in 1986 and if we do so again it would take away the only real issue Republicans have. That should be the focus.

if changes are about tax simplification and revenue neutral tax cuts while eliminating deductions for politically favored industries it should be pretty popular with Americans and it's something that can get passed w/ a divided congress.
