The European Union has signed an agreement with Bolivia aimed at tackling drug trafficking whilst generating economic growth. No less than 230 million euros have been earmarked for the initiative. La Paz has also agreed that the EU send a delegation to Bolivia in January while a constitutional referendum is being held.
