How do you misconstrue "I'm sorry BP" or calling the down payment on the cost of the mess they caused (which is only a drop in the bucket of what the final cost will be) a "shake down"???!!!
THE PEOPLE OF THE GULF DESERVE MUCH BETTER than this idiot and he should be held accountable for his actions - and not allowed to back peddle!
