A 9-year-old horse named Kochees sustained a fatal injury to its left front leg during a 5 1/2-furlong race on Saturday, adding to the embattled racetrack's worries as it works to implement reforms.
"Every attempt was made to save him, but he was euthanized earlier today," Mike Willman, a track spokesman, told ABC's Los Angeles station KABC on Sunday.
A pair of 3-year-old geldings sustained fatal injuries in two separate incidents last weekend.

Trump backs Kim Jong Un attack on VP Biden, said he views NK missile strikes "differently"
Source: ABC News
President Donald Trump said hes not concerned by North Koreas recent missile tests and endorsed brutal dictator Kim Jong Un's attack on fellow American and former Vice President Joe Biden in a press conference in Toyoko Monday.
"Kim Jong-Un made a statement that Joe Biden is a low IQ individual. He probably is based on his record. I think I agree with him on that," Trump said.
Trump was asked if he is siding with a dictator over a fellow citizen and former U.S. vice president. Trump responded that he doesnt take sides and, on foreign soil, went on to call the Obama administration a "disaster."
I can tell you that Joe Biden was a disaster, his administration with President Obama, they were basically a disaster when it came to so many things," the president said. "Whether it was economy, whether it was military, defense, no matter what it was. They had a lot of problems. So I'm not a fan."

Woman facing eviction gets help from Arnold Schwarzenegger
The Los Angeles Times reports Thelma Smith was given until June 30 to move out by landlords who say their daughter needs a place to live.
Los Angeles' rent control law provides relocation assistance for elderly and disabled.
But Smith, a retired secretary for the Sugar Ray Robinson Youth Foundation, lives in an unincorporated section of Los Angeles County, just outside the city limits. The law doesn't apply there.

Man, Joy and some of her guests really skewered Nancy Pelosi this morning.
E.J. Dionne was the voice of reason at the end, imo.

"I think they agree in their assessment of former Vice President Joe Biden," Sanders said on NBC's "Meet The Press." "Again, the president's focus in this process is the relationship he has and making sure we continue on the path towards denuclearization."
Host Chuck Todd pressed Sanders on what "message" Trump is sending by taking Kim's words about his potential 2020 challenger.
"The president doesn't need somebody else to give him an assessment of Joe Biden," Sanders responded. "He's given his own assessment a number of times."

Democratic senator says McCain listed off names of dictators during Trump inaugural
HuffPost reports that during a campaign event in Iowa, the 2020 Democratic presidential contender told the crowd of more than 200 about sitting next to McCain and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) during Trump's inaugural address.
I sat on that stage between Bernie and John McCain, and John McCain kept reciting to me names of dictators during that speech because he knew more than any of us what we were facing as a nation, she said. He understood it. He knew because he knew this man more than any of us did.
The new story from Klobuchar adds to a list of extensive criticism from McCain, who was one of few Republican senators to regularly oppose the president.
