howdi. sometimes i say my church does the walk, here is an example.

last week i had setup a dinner date with one of our deacons. today is the day. got a call from her stating that she is running late because a man in distress came into the church office asking for help. he needed a detox center and badly and he wanted to commit suicide . the deacon called a number of detox centers in the area but were closed late sat evening. deacon called his insurance co and got a nurse . nurse suggested that they call 911. 911 was called and they took him to the hospital for observation and help. thats who we are . we directed the young man where he needed to go. on edit: delete " they and to added the police .

looks like the temps will be in the lo mid 100ds throught the intermountain west this week accordingg to the national weather service watches and warnings page . eww. stay cool. its currently 90 degrees f @ tic toc base . . cooled off nicely last nite in o9rder to open the windows . closed them at 0800 and is still somewhat cool.

i have been watching 1950s era tv science fiction shows such as rocky jones space ranger and captain z ro a time traveling scientist and his side kick jet . i feel that many of those old shows are very good .

help. i am not computing , and yes i did pay attention

did the big ugly bill cut medciare. i do know it cut medicare as well. help apprciated need to wrap my head around this .

just finished cleaning the kitchen. will mop floors and vaccuum bed room after lunch will clean microwave oven after dinner.

98 will be the projected high this evening and the rest of th week, ewww rickey , in the high 90s to almost 100. bleh

a friend took me out to do a quick errand and then we went to mc donalds for ice cream. it is still 90 degrees f @ 0627p under a clear blue sky.. wont cool down till much later . projected hi temp for tis weekend is 97 degrees f. ewwww, rickey.
