It's like when in 1996 Hillary talked about organized crime: gangs, the mob, drug cartels and referenced John Dilulio's 1995 essay, "The Coming of the Super-Predator" (printed in Newsweek in December that year). In no way was that about race, OBVIOUSLY, because it's ORGANIZED CRIME. Ridiculous. But it was used to convince uninformed people she was racist and responsible for the 1994 Crime Bill and they shouldn't vote for her in November 2016.

On the other hand, an elected official who did vote for the 1994 bill and called the same people "horribly violent" "who are deeply sick and sociopathic" and need to be "put behind bars" -- why, that was completely ignored, fine!
