When is enough enough? Why do people need to try to stay in the Senate forever? He narrowly won his 2018 election, and unless something changes drastically in W. Virginia politics, he is likely to lose in 2024. He could actually better his odds by voting to kill the filibuster and get Bidens jobs and infrastructure plans into law, which would benefit West Virginians harmed by the decline of coal. I really do not understand his reluctance.
