I'd guess failure to follow orders is in there. Disrespect to a senior officer possibly. Maybe Conduct Unbecoming.

All told probably not enough to get him jail time but definitely enough for a dismissal which is equivalent to a dishonorable discharge if it's at a general court-martial, although I believe they can try officers at a lower level now..
