21. Manchin just wants his precious bipartisan bill passed

AFAIK, the House plans to vote on both bills tomorrow.

Manchin negotiated the reconcilliation bill. Coons, who should know, has said both Manchin and Sinema support it.

Don't hang on every pronouncement when policiticans are trying to get their way.
