(16,707 posts)It makes no sense to highlight the "integrity of hundreds of obscure Americans from every walk of life, state and local officials, judges, and election workers"; without pointing out that the Retrumplican Party is currently working 24/7 to pass legislation all over the country to ensure these Americans with integrity won't stop them the next time.
That seems like it would be a pretty salient point to include in this story, wouldn't it?
This is like praising the integrity of the German government for sending Hitler to prison. Whew! Thank God we dodged that bullet, huh?
