Economist see a 10% retraction in a year ... year, not weeks.

~ a 6% retraction in GDP in 08 and 20 for US was a shock but it took nearly a year to get there.

Hopefully cutting the avg RU citz from ATMs and banks etc will help ... we need to see more run on banks
