13. No TV, no YouTube.

I use DU as a news aggregator. If I think something is going to get me riled up, I skip it.

I do the same for tech with Hacker News. Tech news is less aggravating but most is irrelevant to my interests.

It used to be "We've got the news to amuse you" but more "We've got the news to abuse you" lately.

I'm too old for that. I try to focus on what's really interesting and doable, so here are my pages for winning in 2022 and Ukraine Relief!!
