He only said that he "wasn't sure" about Pelosi while he was running in a very red district.

Friday April 1 edit: I gave wrong info on this post earlier. Indeed Conor Lamb voted for Joe Kennedy as Speaker, not Pelosi. My apologies for getting it wrong, and thanks to those who pointed out my error.

After Lamb got elected the first time, he voted with the Party on almost everything. He's slightly more pro-gun that most other Dems, however he fits in with his constituency as far as gun laws go. The PA district map was redrawn before the 2018 election, and Lamb had to beat incumbent Keith Rothfus (R) for his newly redrawn district. He did that handily.

It will hurt us that he is giving up his house seat to run for Senator. However if he doesn't win the primary for the Senate seat, I think he can still came back to run for his house seat again. Friday April 1 edit: He cannot run for the House in the next term because he has already missed the deadline for filing.

My thanks to DUers who are smarter than I am! I still have a high opinion of Lamb, but I'm leaning more towards Fetterman now.
