19. I have only been sick once in the last 2 1/2 years. It was when I got COVID.

My case wasn't too bad. The vaccine and paxlovid made it a mild experience.

If you have gotten 4-5 shots then you are in good shape. Your T-cells should be well trained to fight it off.
