I despise Musk. I'm joyfully watching him twisting in the wind right now. I also think his words re: Ukraine and Russia have been problematic and horrible.
But... He personally didn't not permanently disable Starlink for the Ukrainians. He's been asking for money from the US govt. for services and there were outages, sure. And it's easy to speculate that he did it on purpose to help the russians bc of his prior words. But Ukraine still has access to it.

Ukrainians are searching for an alternative. There have been outages. But Musk hasn't TURNED IT OFF for the Ukrainians.
