2. That is it coming from the CCP, and
3. That it was aimed at minors, much less
4. That it was propaganda.

An American user on Tik Tok telling their followers to call their representative doesn't mean that the CCP was "spreading propaganda."

Facebook has done much worse and there have been no votes to make them sell.
