be trusted to stand for the law or the people, they stand for Trump and their rich donors.

Frankly I am tired of hearing "he won't," or "they won't." We were told, "he won't win in 2016." He won. We were told he was joking about wanting to become a dictator. Then came the fake elector scheme, and January 6. Then we heard the SC will uphold the DC Circuit Court and not even agree to hear the immunity case
Guess what they did.

It really is like Charlie Brown and the football. He keeps trusting Lucy not to pull it away right before he kicks it, and yet she does it every fucking time, yet Charlie keeps falling for it.

If we want to avoid the future white male supremacist government the Republicans are openly calling for Democrats have to quit being Charlie Brown and beat the Magats at their own game. I don't watch football but I have heard it said, there is a time when you have to quit playing defense and start playing offense. It may already be too late, but right now I feel like we're lambs being led to the slaughter and we have too many shepherds trusting the wolves to eat the lambs.

I guess Americans are tired of living in a democracy. Irish_Dem Apr 25 #1
