to do unpleasant things that "have to be done" (even though the awful thing she did didn't have to be done at all - it was just for her convenience). She probably understands that Trump likes people who have no conscience and no qualms about doing harm if they think it's necessary. But there are also GOPers who love dogs and could be put off by this disgusting behavior.
