You're correct that the judge is Black, and the arresting officer appears to be white. However, I don't think this is a case of racism or police brutality. The footage does not reflect well on her.

Also, she's already been voted out of her position due to numerous ethics complaints. She appears to be a troubled soul. I hope she gets some help.
