He will just leave them in the concentration camps he plans to set up to hold them while they await deportation.
I'm sure there would be lawsuits and so forth but the most interesting thing about being dictator is you don't have to answer to anyone. I believe he would just ignore the courts. If he controls the DOJ like he wants, he will not answer to anyone.
