one wishes to call the shit that TCF does, my interpretation is that he is saying that she is trying to have it one way when it is convenient and a different way when that way is more convenient. Which is how he operates. He contradicts himself constantly, saying whatever his dumb brain thinks is best to say in any given moment to any given interlocutor/audience, so he is accusing VP Harris of doing likewise, with his weird added racist interpretation of whatever is supposedly self-serving thrown in.

Of course, with everything that dumbass says, it is untrue and merely exposes his dishonesty and/or ignorance. I can tell you from my own lying eyes and ears, as someone who first heard of VP Harris when she became the DA of a nearby city, that anyone bothering to pay attention has known she is of mixed heritage the whole time she has been a public figure.
