42. The Con has awaken the quiet but powerful Latino force

If this doesn't sink him i don't know what does. I believe the Latino vote will be consequential in this election to pushing Kamala over in the swing states.
And yes Latinos will come to the defense of their Puerto Rican brothers & sisters as they, and we all, should.
