6. with polls showing that people were misinformed about his intentions or didn't believe them

...that's why we do more than just post cynical takes here.

We make an effort to inform more people on the platform we have available to us.

Hell, I just saw a couple of polls a few weeks ago touting Trump's strength with youth and black voters, with folks here just casting out all sorts of aspersions behind those deliberately skewed results at not only the party, but youth and black Americans.

Maybe folks here can use some reliable polling info, corroborated polling info, about the state of national opinion. And possibly folks here can use these in their discussions and debates against those insisting that these are popular actions Trump and republicans are taking.
