I didn't know that the Governor of a state could impose burdens on the whole country, much less that a Mayor could.

Every time blue states try to enforce their own voter-sanctioned -- and sometimes voter-initiated -- policies, Uglicans decide they must sacrifice their "states' rights" -- which are only occasionally paramount to Uglicans -- to the diktat of His Royal Majesty and the openly extremist subversives who put him in power.

Noem is obviously hoping to inherit the mantle of MAGA leadership after Turnip is toast, so she's trying to be at least as "Trumpy" as Turnip himself.
