4. Looks like the weather is going to be rough

Saturday

It was nice out earlier so I'm not surprised people went down to the mall during the day, but if the storms are bad, there will be two outcomes:

1) Trump will insist on having the parade. It will be at best terrible optics (drenched troops looking miserable being forced to march through the city for nobody's benefit but Trump), and at worst somebody will get struck by lightning.

2) Trump will cancel the parade and have a sad.

Either way, I don't think the concert or fireworks will go ahead.
