A quick internet search will indeed verify that 88 meant love and kisses in code talk. Many of these wireless abbreviations were steno type shortcuts to communicate with brevity. They originated in the early days of wireless, and maybe even earlier. 88 was a way to acknowledge female code operators.

I think the OP was referring to the more recent 88 reference to Hitler, used by the Alt Right. Apparently the OP didnt realizes the similarity and then apologized for any interpretation other than their original intent.

I have followed alt national park service for several months now and found nothing nefarious about the account, and consider it just anther resistance account by federal employees upset over the dismantling of government by the diaper don and ketamine kid.
