2. The more I see of Carney, the more I like him. Would he consider annexing the US? At least certain areas

I could suggest New England, and perhaps throw in New York as a bonus. I think much of the west coast would be a nice addition also. Gun nuts can all move to Idaho where they can blow each others' brains out (not much to clean up after.)
