. . oops . . this would only be the second try at nation building?

Or can we count the half hearted Afghanistan effort? And was Afghanistan before or after Iraq, cuz W kinda put Afghanistan on the shelf for a while.

And who will we subcontract with to suppress the Whabbist extremists? Shia/Iran did a pretty good job containing ISIS. Maybe they would be interested in another go round. . . oops . . . out of business. Seems a vacuum to be filled is imminent.
