ME. Check the history of first and pre-emptive strikes and assassinations and determine what initiated retaliation and most of the conflicts. Even Oct 7 was a promised retaliation for a precipitous assassination of a leader in a foreign country that was threatening no one. The US can no longer play legitimate peace-maker if it ever was. Every known group of fighters that we call "terrorists" has originated from a precipitous act of aggression and occupation by some other country. It won't stop util we get it right about victim and occupier. From Israel to Ukraine, we need to look in the historical mirror and learn the real culprits, including ourselves. Until people stop falling under the persuasive madness of global self-centered Rasputins, we all are doomed to the fate of never-ending conflicts and destruction.
