Needs to be remembered when the regime falls. Following orders will not be an excuse. Under duress will not be an excuse. Fear of losing his job will not be an excuse.

There are people in the country applauding his behavior. Given the opportunity they would commit evil acts as he has done. Remember, Remember, Remember.
