I think those of us who paid attention during Schindler's list have an idea.

I care about the cuts to aid for people. But I expect that of republicans. I care about increased debt and taxbreaks targeting the rich. But I expect that of republicans.

The fact that any center, left, or just realist news organization hasn't spent the last two weeks talking about the huge enlargement of concentration camps and an internal army under Trumps personal purview has baffled me. The rest of the bill suck. The children that will starve, the elders that will be kicked out on the street, the many many people who will get sick, disabled, and die. But the fact that there is absolutely no reason for the ICE budget other than preparing to suppress dissent in the USA, and not a single major news org that I have seen have even discussed the possibilty.. yeah. This aint good.
