If such a thing gets off the ground, it can’t compete long term. It will either replace or it will fade away.

Let’s just hope Musk doesn’t decide to give a billion dollars to the “Justice Democrats” or some other fringe offshoot, just to keep the Democratic Party from taking advantage of the chaos on the right. Put up enough advertising plus media money in the USA, and you can elect either Pat Paulsen or Tiny Tim from Laugh-In.
