But it does help further demonstrate a problem with this case. There are are tons of pieces of circumstantial evidence that points to Epstein's death as a likely murder. But the biggest problem with that theory at this point remains, how did someone get in to his cell and kill him without anyone knowing? I haven't seen a good explanation for that.

On the other hand, as stated, the suicide theory is contradicted by lots of circumstantial evidence plus the forensic evidence of the broken bones in his neck (though I've seen "experts" split on their opinion about that). As said before, I think the likelihood he was murdered is over 50% and the likelihood he committed suicide is under 50%.

One of your ideas you floated makes sense "maybe Epstein, so narcissistic, thought jail would protect him from Trump" on the surface. But then why did Epstein try to commit suicide shortly after his arrest? I've never seen anyone question whether he really attempted suicide,

Ultimately, this is another reason why the Files need to be released. In addition to identifying people involved with Epstein's sex trafficking and other crimes, they would likely provide some clarity on his death and what really happened. That is why Trump will do everything possible to make sure they never see the light of dy.
