7. I've been using "Gator Gitmo". I agree with those who say we shouldn't accept Uglican's "humorous" 'Alligator Alcatraz'.

To get into Alcatraz, you had to have committed a crime and been convicted in a trial. And you *still* had the right to appeal, to consult with your lawyers, and to communicate with the outside world. Those in ICE detention have, mostly, not even been charged with crimes, and have no rights at all, at least according to the multiply-convicted felon* in the WH and his minions.

These camps are not about protecting our country, they are about inflicting pain and suffering on those the White-Wingers of the GOP have chosen to scapegoat for all our country's problems, despite the complete lack of any plausible mechanism of cause-and-effect, while also making sure they are "disappeared" from public knowledge or inquiry. Uglicans would create a genuine black hole if they could, and toss their "Other"s into it without limits. With no one left to attack, they'd then turn on each other.






*Who was "entitled" to multiple delays and appeals, well beyond what due process would require.
