1. California doesn't actually have to stop paying taxes in order to create havoc for Trump...

California can simply re-categorize everything - college tuition, energy bills, you name it as "taxes." That way, everyone in the state could deduct the entire $40,000 SALT limit the GOP just rammed through. Poof. Just like that, the amount of tax revenue flowing to the Feds out of California would be cut in half.
