Originalism is the most intellectually lazy construct I can imagine.
It's rooted in strict constructionism, but requires interpreting the constitution (which they say doesn't need interpreting) by imaging what someone was thinking when they wrote what they wrote 240 years ago.
It's just a made up philosophy to allow rationalizing decisions they were already predisposed to make because of their paranormal mind-reading abilities.
Scalia was a fraud, Thomas is a fraud, and anyone who espouses Originalism is a fraud.
