A highly decorated retired Navy Captain who quotes the U.C.M.J. is not and cannot be guilty of sedition. Anybody who has ever taken the oath upon joining the military knows that you do not have to follow unlawful orders. Captain Kelly clearly stated he was talking about unlawful orders. Only if you are guilty of issuing unlawful orders would you rant and threaten such a statement with a Court Martial. Hegseth is completely out of order. The person who should be called back into the military is, in fact, Sec. Kegsbreath.
