His name was Renoir he had a brother short haired named Francois. Renoir died not sure how. They were indoor cats along with AstraLuna was a Calico who we found at a popular park after a heavy thunderstorm the following night. Simba was a Russian Blue, rescued from the middle of the street late at night. Took him home on a frisbee. He liked to play a synthesizer we had, he was pretty good at it.
I arranged to get the boys fixed. But had to get on waiting list. Meanwhile, Astra gets pregnant. On the day of the boys scheduled surgeries, Astra goes into labor. Once I got back home I assisted Astra with her deliveries. I felt so bad for her as the 1st baby was breached and didnt have a sac to help and he kinda clawed his way out. Astra was so scared she really didnt know what was happening. She delivered 3 babies, one for each of the daddies.
We currently have a cat we call NekoGato international cat cat! Japanese and Spanish. He is our Guardian, always waiting upon our return home. And follows around the yard.
And I definitely agree on how difficult it is losing our companions. I still have my fondest memories but I still experience a heartfelt pain of not having them in my life.
