It says that evidence that was subsequently developed is inadmissible if it would not have been exposed, but for the illegally obtained evidence.

All of this begs the question why law enforcement never investigated any of this. This spans decades and many administrations of both parties. And let's not forget that Garland had all of this information and did absolutely nothing.

The fact that such a massive criminal enterprise could go on for 30 years without any enforcement (other than slaps on the wrist to Epstein) begs the question how many other similar things have the rich and powerful been getting away with, while we keep building for-profit prisons to house people selling crack and weed.
