under communist rule. My brother has vacationed there 3 times, as Canadians do, and says it is really true the economy barely exists outside of tourist spots. Basically a restaurant will open to meet a bus full of tourist but will be closed the rest of the day. People have very little. What waiters can exist on two hours a day of pay? I just hope the Cuban-Americans in Florida itching to get back in want it to be a really, really want it to be a real Democracy. Unfortunately I think most of them vote for Trump.
