41. I'm a former Texan... lived there for nearly 25 years

Tuesday

San Antonio and Austin. Back in those early days I was there, I longed to retire at Galveston. And the oil companies and the chemical companies ruined the Gulf so bad, I still won't eat seafood today because the CoRexit has gotten so far down into the ecosystem. My SIL moved back to Seguin for retirement, and we spend the first 30 minutes+ of every phone call griping about TX, KS, and the government in general. She's as out of her mind about it all as I am. I only wish we were close enough to cry in each others arms and walk the marches together. I miss her badly.
